If you cock your head and listen closely you can still hear the faint ghostly rattle of spectral trash trucks stopping at all the curbs on Earth, hauling off the last rumpled, beery remnants of CE 2015.
However, before all those 8760 hours of effort and angst get unceremoniously dumped on the gull-haunted landfill of Time, I’d like to show you my favorite piece of 2015 non-Pepperpot Piper Internet art. It’s a guest piece made for the rightly revered Bob and Max Forward’s comic 3 Minute Max/Crisis Strike – it's a pulp-styled portrait of their oh-so-popular spicy super-brain Marissa Catalina, and not half bad if I do say so myself:

Conversely, of all my 2015 work-for-hire made for artistic endeavors that augured in, went nuts or just plain sublimed away, this one stings the most. It’s the White Knight, a character for a promising high fantasy, sword and sorcery role-playing game that didn’t make its Kickstarter. The gig was teeming with apt artists and writers and would have been straight up splendiferous, but c'est la vie, man… C'est la vie:
