I painted in every single building up there. It took two weeks on and off, give or take... and it looked like muddled gray crap. So I took a sponge and blotted the whole damned thing with black. Took twenty minutes, looked just fine.
As Wally Wood, one of the true artists of the last century once advised, "When in doubt, black it out."
Who am I to argue with Wally Wood?
